This 40’ High Cube K-Line shipping container was previously used at a contractor’s fabrication shop. Overall, it is still a solid used container with good potential for storage, farm use, a workshop, or other projects, but it will require some minor patching.

The previous customer installed equipment by running screws through portions of the roof. After the equipment was removed, approximately 10–20 small screw holes remain in the roof. The photos show the screws as well as several of the small openings where daylight is visible.

These are relatively small penetrations that should be straightforward to patch or seal, making this a great option for someone willing to do a little work and save money compared with a standard wind-and-watertight container.
